Payment & Refund Policy

We aim to maintain transparent and efficient payment practices. Please review the payment policy below before making any payments.

1. Payment Terms

  • All services and memberships are offered strictly on a prepaid basis.
  • Full payment must be completed prior to accessing the workspace, meeting rooms, or any related services.
  • Access will be granted only after successful confirmation of payment.

2. Payment Methods

  • We do not accept cash payments. You are informed not to pay cash to any of our staff or employees even if asked. We are not liable if cash is handed to our staff, employees, or any other person and we fail to receive it.
  • We accept digital payment methods only, including but not limited to UPI and Bank Transfer.

3. Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹).
  • Applicable taxes, including GST, will be charged as per prevailing government regulations.

4. Invoice

  • A GST invoice will be generated only if valid GST details are shared within the same calendar month as the transaction. Otherwise, the transaction will be considered as B2C and late requests for GST invoices will not be accepted.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that correct GST details are provided on time to the business or accounts team.

5a. Refund Policy for Membership

  • All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds will be issued for early termination or non-usage of the services.

5b. Refund Policy for Virtual Office

  • You are eligible for a 100% refund until the agreement is signed. You will no longer be eligible for a refund once the agreement is signed, shared, or supporting documents are submitted in any case.
  • We are not liable in the event of rejection by government authorities.

5c. Refund Policy for Day Passes or Bulk Passes

  • All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds will be issued for early termination or non-usage of the services.

5d. Refund Policy for Meeting / Conference Room

  • All payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No refunds will be issued for early termination or non-usage of the services.
  • In some cases, we may be able to reschedule the booking if the request is made at least 24 hours prior to the booking start date and time.

We reserve the right to modify or update this Payment & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
